Any office building is going to have more square footage for parking than floor area whether decked or surface parking.
Each space and associated access lanes will run about 400 square feet.
Office floor area is around 250 square feet per person.
The ratio is reversed for residential uses with more floor area than parking area.

One would think if this is the Peter Millar HQ they will be putting a G Fore and PM retail location in as well. Would be great for DTR if so.

A small drill has arrived in the parking lot here. Anyone in the construction biz know what it might be doing?
My guess would be soil testing.
