That’s a good question. This particular corridor is an important connector between Glenwood South, The Warehouse District, and the Capitol District. ---

How about Just plain HillTop, There was a lumber yard at top of a hill on one of the roads into town where I grow up. It was called HillTop Lumber and as area was built up and rebuild lot’s to things got named Hilltop --------, Shopping center, Restaurant, Roller Rink (in old lumber building), and Hair Solon. that I recall. ---
