…with construction expected to be complete (for the 1st phase of this relocation) in 2025, [which is also when one of HHS’ 2 leases at Dix Park ends](https://dixpark.org/sites/dixpark/files/2019-04/Dix%20Park_MPEC%20Meeting%20Handout_DHHS%20Relocation_2019.04.22.pdf). At least one more phase will happen when the other lease ends in 2040.
