Capital Square - 320 W. South Street

There are kids at the West and Fairweather.
There’s actually kids at The Line as well.

There were young kids at the Elan (though not a lot).

Given how much the rent kept increasing, it was doing just fine catering to young singles and couples, with a smattering of older people who by and large seemed to enjoy being around all the energy.

Not to take this thread too far off the important topic of kids in apartments, but the crane base is going up.

Almost worried we would go back to a 1 crane downtown, glad some development is sprinkling in where it can.

An older but relevant news story :+1:t2:

At the end, the reporter states that the developer says that there is another possible development coming soon as well? :crossed_fingers::partying_face::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I see crane parts, but they need more! LOL

Edit: Oh good, they’re bringing in more pieces. I was worried it was gonna be a very short crane :joy:

It’s probably a difficult process with the terrain. Remember they blow up a hill.

These parts are for the smaller crane that will assemble the larger crane

Did a drive by after dropping my wife off at yoga this morning and they were lifting the first piece. Off the top of my head we have 9 cranes downtown now? Is that the most ever at one time?
