Crews were out late last night pouring that giant pool of concrete till after 8pm under the lights.
They aren’t wasting any time on this.

looks like they are pouring a foundation concrete mat and those can be quite a few feet deep so it may take them a while to finish pouring. It also depends on how far the batch plant, number of trucks available which can make concrete pours take a while to finish.
