If they’re serious about this, it needs to be in CAMPO’s MTP too, right? I don’t see that in their draft project list or the city’s street plan, though. ---

Hold on a second. I’m thinking about these two projects and what’s going on downtown. #CraneTalk Seaboard - 1 crane 400H - 1 crane coming soon Davie HGI - 1 crane coming soon Cabarrus - 1-2 cranes coming soon East End Market - 1-2 cranes coming soon? Iron Works - 1-2 cranes coming soon? 3 of these projects cover a lot of land so I’m thinking 1 crane won’t do it? So, 6-9 cranes in the sky ITB perhaps??? ---

4 townhomes coming at 2115 Brewer Street from Grayson Homes. Looks great but wow on only 0.25 ac lot - didnt think it was possible! (also zoning seems to be R-10 - is this even allowed?) Missing Middle Housing TC recently adopted by CC makes townhomes allowable by right. But the density doesn’t add up here ---

so… “slot homes,” essentially? [These caused quite the controversy in Denver and were ultimately banned.](https://denverite.com/2018/05/07/denver-slot-home-replacements/) If I recall correctly, another city followed suit, but I can’t find info on that now. ---

It sure appears that way to me. What a terrific article with comprehensive solutions to resolve the grievances. I have to say that their proposed “go forward” building forms are infinitely better. ---

That’s really interesting!
