Highline Glenwood and 404 Glenwood at The Creamery

I looked at an older pic in my phone and it is indeed the same height.

Yeah I mean I understand where you’re coming from though - we haven’t had a crane even this tall in Raleigh in decades, so just seeing this as it is looks crazy. Can you believe it will get even taller ???

Given this tower’s relatively small footprint, it’s going to look even taller with its height to width ratio.

MORE OF THAT, PLEASE!!! Please let’s move on from the days of fat, entire-block-length boxes.

My terrible attempt at trying to represent the completed height. It’s going to be a tall one.

I didn’t remember this being renamed Cortland.

Edit: after eliciting the customary facepalm reaction from StreetView, I went back and searched on here. Apparently it was renamed back in February 2025. Oddly enough, this riveting detail didn’t sear itself into my brain, but now I’ll remember forever.

Forgot to share these from Hibernian last night. Whoever snags that second floor corner unit is going to be living the dream!!

Maybe John should take it. I hear he likes the loud party scene, so he’ll be right in the middle of it all!

They won’t be living the dream; they’ll be living the scream.

At this pace, it looks like it could top out by February unless things slow down significantly. I’m counting 25 floors so far!
