Oh good. If I remember correctly, there was a really tasty Korean joint there previously that did they best they could decor-wise, but wow was the building tired. ---

I remember when this was an electrical supply company - I am pretty sure that is what it was, something industrial and supply related. It was a big deal when it was remodeled as a mini-mall, but that didn’t seem to really catch on. Good to see the building holding on a new ideas coming to keep it viable. Whatever they do it will be a darn sight better than the abandoned construction site down the block. ---

The YMCA just tore down a c1912 house they own behind the Doubletree property at 222 Park. If this is right on the corner back there, my buddy lives across the street and said he noticed a giant tree branch came down and split the house in half, practically - so we’re wondering if the structural integrity was just too far gone to try and save. ---
