If I were in college now at State, I’d be taking advantage of that naturally occurring affordable student housing! I didn’t even have my own bedroom when I was in college, no less a private room with a double bed for hookups. ---

I’ll admit, the yimby in me is sad to see parcels like this get demolished. This is just kind of unavoidable with being a fast growing city. Most of our medium density is in places that need to be high density, and the places that need to be medium density are SFH. ---

I totally get it, but it’s still sad to lose missing middle housing like this that’s naturally affordable in exchange for increasingly crappy built apartment buildings that will start to look like 💩 in a decade. ---
