Just realized upper floors of this building will have great views of the amphitheatre. Because it’s kind of below grade and angled weird you can’t really see shows from any existing downtown buildings. Not promoting anything nefarious, just saying.

Actually the sight angle looks okay. Seems like you could get a 3/4 view of the stage from the SE side of the building. But yeah once they move RHA not so much.
You’ve beat the system! Just rent an apartment for 50k a year to get shitty views of a $50 show!

need to know how they’re ultimately planning on screening that deck… I thought the renders showed it wrapped in brick, which I’d HIGH KEY prefer to just bare concrete
