I blame Boylan Heights HOA. We’d be breaking ground on the Planned Development if it weren’t for that deal. But I hear you, they take their time (and play by the city’s delays) to get to ground breaking then the gloves come off.

Curious what percentage of images will be of the birds mating. Not curious enough too actually look, though.

Isn’t this project currently just a glorified apartment building? I don’t think they’d need a taller crane.
