That’s parallel-ish to half of it. The most important part of [that idea](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1ojEf1Qp-JYGdSrHKjpwkX-k5oSwUejght5nbwYSMp4k/edit#slide=id.p) was to decommission Norfolk Southern’s underused tracks, including the part that cuts through Dix Park.
