Crunkleton progress
This is the Phase 3 tower. It got value engineered and downgraded a little because of interest rates.
The Great Pyramid of Raleigh
Is Raleigh getting a Louvre museum?
There’s no retail. I don’t like it.
It’s a museum of underground cars.
I checked it out a few hours ago - the vibes are great, and I think it’ll work out long term. The service isn’t top-notch yet since they just opened yesterday and seemed a bit unprepared for the crowd, but give it a few weeks or months, and it’ll be a home run, especially with that location.
All they need now is a good and flavorful burger option, vintage steak & shake milk shakes, club sandwich, and flapjacks . I’ll check their menu but yeah
Was so hoping they’d be a late night option for downtown. But looks like they’ll be closing at 9 every night
None the less excited to check it out for breakfast.
I’m more than happy to have a convenient breakfast place that’s just a five minute walk away.
cool tile floor. char char char
Feel like I missed this one, but that seems like a solid addition. SH seems close to the retail being leased up, right?
I keep meaning to check in on Crunkleton. They can’t be that far from opening. The fact that they have food at this one I think will help them be successful.

I’m familiar with Gary and the Chapel Hill location, but do we know anything yet about the food program here? I only wish this had opened when I lived on the block, but it’s great to see the swell of activation finally happening.
I had read awhile back that it was supposed to be similar to their 2nd (Charlotte) location, which has food. I don’t have any idea if the mealtimes and menu will be the same, but this should give a general idea.
Wow, that would kill it here. Awesome.
