If I recall correctly, there was a time not long ago when RFD openly expressed concerns about fires in high-rise buildings. I don’t know whether there was a leadership change within RFD or the Mayor/Council or city manager addressed the concerns offline, but RFD isn’t saying that anymore.

maybe as a high rise dweller keep a stock of personal fire extinguishers on hand….i do in my sfh. parents are blind and they always had fears of interior fires.
