Revise - get rid of the cannons, statues, and confederate references. Make it a simple cenotaph representing all of those who died in the conflict from our state who participated from both sides.

This monument will be a nice addition and located on the southeast corner of Union Square, just opposite my sister church, First Baptist Church on Wilmington Street. I attend First Baptist Church on Salisbury Street. And, yes, Raleigh has two congregations named ‘First Baptist Church’.

In a strange way, I wonder if topics like this could be discussed but I could have the topic only be live for maybe 3 days, some short period of time, rather than letting it evolve (devolve?).
