It’s a really sad result considering the initial concepts that were floated for this site. Our only hope is that a much better building will be built to its immediate west on the rest of that site.
Weren’t most of the fun renders of the site next to South Street that’s still open?
You could literally copy and paste this comment on the majority of projects in DTR

I like that the active uses – leasing office, a coworking space, and fitness center – are pushed to the street. While not publicly accessible, these spaces can be reconfigured for businesses in the future.
Aesthetically, I’m not a fan of the Juliet balconies, but I prefer it to none at all. I agree with other commenters, that the lack of “design” applied to the facade is a travesty.
