Disregard: I see this was posted above------I thought the campus had already been rezoned?
Also, likely the Administration sees what’s happened to St. Augustine and trying to be proactive with financial assets before they can’t dig out. Not a bad idea to leverage an asset to gain and improve the core of the campus for future generations.
