no skate shop in dtr is definitely a massive hole. so many good locations i hope one will appear.
the former trolley pub space next door to crank arm would be a great option.

Half the humans (at least) are already there with lack of thought. They just repeat whatever the algorithm of bookface, TikFlop, and Instacrap shoves in their face.

There are already a lot of humans who can’t tell time on an analog clock, or count change or understand clockwise and counter-clockwise. They can’t add, subtract, multiply or divide in their heads. Many can’t figure out where to go by looking at a map without someone telling them to turn right or turn left. They don’t know how to address an envelope or write cursive. They are ripe for AI to do everything for them.

I’m curious since this is a bit of a subjective topic. Is everything AI generated slop?
I don’t have a problem at all with the image @JDenny posted and I think it’s a pretty good representation of what could be. Ideas come in different forms and not every human is as good of an artist as @Jake with MS Paint.
Now @GucciLittlePig’s AI image is silly. I mean the signs aren’t even pointed in the right direction, so how are those guys gonna even know they’re assuming their own liability??

I think this pipe work is winding down. It’s been a rough Summer so I hope by the Fall, it’ll be done and people will be out and about again flocking to these places.

personal opinions on generative ai aside (it’s terrible) why would i come on this forum and ask a question just to get a generic (shitty) ai response of some random skate park?
i could just cut out the middle man and do that myself. but i don’t use generative ai (because it’s trash) and i value legitimate human creations (even novice schematics) infinitely more than the blended visual vomit that knows nothing about anything, which is (say it with me if you know) S L O P .
