I’m sure there is someone who has used a physical bus ticket on a Raleigh bus, but the vast majority of riders will be unable to get past your locked doors.
Most people I see pay for the bus by cash, phone app, or one or the reloadable cards. I actually don’t think I have ever even seen a physical bus ticket.
