Oh, hmm. You’re right, on that side it looks like the rendering more, with 2 stories not 3. Interesting…
on the sign but a
lane in this pic would be mighty nice…
Not if you’re driving… ![]()
Crazy this is just over halfway up - they are FLYING yet still so much to go!
How many stories does it have now
11 + 1/2…charact/s…

So, 14. We all know the 13th floor doesn’t exist.
They work until 8-9 PM every night… if you drive down Lenoir the crew’s cars are parked all up along the road from 7 AM - 9 PM. It’s the most aggressive build I’ve ever seen in Raleigh - these guys make Kane look lethargic.
Was any detail released on whether the parking deck would have any retail incorporated?
Believe me - they work till MIDNIGHT some nights. It’s crazy. I think they lost a lot of time blowing up rock on the site. Might be trying to play catch up. As for the retail in the parking deck, I haven’t heard on that. I did hear it is all pre-fab sections that will be trucked in.
This is an opportunity zone project so there’s more financial incentive to complete asap
An excellent picture, thank you! ![]()
However, after driving by this project this morning, it sits in an area that doesn’t allow for maximum exposure to most of DTR, IMO. I really like this project and it will fit very nicely while expanding the core quite a bit, but it won’t stand out as much as it could if it were elsewhere. Again, just my personal observation and two cents.

Maybe I should have said the Wild West End skyline. ![]()
Amazing what some can do when there’s incentive. LOL.
This same developer has been very busy with nice mid-rise projects in Richmond Opportunity Zone. Wonder if they might try to replicate some of that in the Lake Wheeler Rd, Maywood area.
Interesting - thank you! You’d think they’d go for more space on Lenoir than Dawson, but maybe the traffic won’t bother people…
Nothing like Suite 104 with that “Semi-Exclusive” outdoor space though!!
