This will make a significant impact on our skyline view. We can also add this project to the crane list here soon, I was also unaware a pool is included!
Looks like they might also have a rooftop patio on the 19th floor facing east as well?
Awesome surprise! Downtown needs more and more residential IMO. Everything else will follow
Will have a great view of Red Hat and the construction of Salisbury Square
Nice looking project! Tho I wish we could get some variation in height, so many of our new builds are exactly 20 floors.
We can probably rename the thread - the project name seems to be 320 West South Street. Nice and simple.
I’m the exact opposite. I can’t stand buildings named after their address. Let’s get some originality out there and name these buildings with something that took more than 20 seconds to think up.

Great news that they have secured their equity! I really like this project.
I’m curious how it will look and feel when this and Salisbury Square are built.
It doesn’t seem like they have submitted for the building permits yet. I put in the address, nothing. I put in the name, nothing. I guess that they could get a grading permit by April, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

I know Red Hat’s days are numbered and justifiably so considering the land it sits on, but having an outdoor amphitheater surrounded on almost all sides by high rises is gonna make for an extremely cool vibe for the few years it has left.
The “vibe” will be crappy sound due to the reverb off the buildings.
I don’t think anyone goes to Red Hat for crystal clear acoustics, so it might as well look cool.
OK! I REALLY love the look of this building from all angles, ESPECIALLY THE SEPARATED PARKING DECK HIDDEN BEHIND THE TOWER!!! Finally something truly attractive is being built
This probably isn’t the best tread for this, but I caught this brewing company while looking at the map to remind myself where this project is being built. Can’t find any info online beside them being listed as a ABC wholesaler, so it may not actually exist.
I don’t know…sounds pretty sketchy, pretty…“far fetched”
Sorry to disapoint if you are thinking bar.
= closed to public/warehouse type operation.
I know nothing about this or them (quality of beer) but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be real.
