NCAE "block" - Salisbury Square

No work is being done on this site for weeks. There’s now a tent city springing up on the site as well. Wonder why? You think with a bank HQ announcement they would have this project up and going ASAP.

I think the issue is still with getting building permit approval.

Well they need to go on city council meeting an get there permit approval

I don’t think they need council approval might be a process of applying.

Appears you are correct. The project is still in the Site Permit Review phase.

This project seems close to getting their site permits. Just 3 or 4 comments to address.

So i am a bit confused. Is this the project everyone is referring as the “NCAE” property?

No, that’s City Gateway and that’s the building I was referring to that has been put on indefinite hold. The apartments are currently being built there but not the energy positive office building.

NCAE is Salisbury Sq.

Salisbury Square (700 S Salisbury St) - Two 20 Story Tower Development posts should be split up into its own clean thread.
