One Nash Square Condos

That’s crazy – considering they’ve listed the units for sale I would have thought this would get going any day now.

More likely the listing was just a trial balloon to gauge market interest in condominiums at that price level.

Doubt they even have much more than sketch plans for that use. The preliminary site plan review (ASR) and subsequent construction plan review (when those plans eventually exist) would take nearly a year apiece.

They are years away from a construction start, even if serious…which is doubtful.

Hence parking revenue to cover the property tax bill during the interval.

Are they painting parking on the old Firestone lot or the whole thing? I think that I’ll walk over there and take some photos.

Good. Let someone else eventually buy the lot and actually build to its full zoning potential.

Sorry should have clarified this is the Firestone lot getting parking. So doesn’t look to be staging area for OneNash condos like others previously thought or at least won’t be for a while it seems
