I’ll summarize the entries but first, I’m glad Raleigh figured out how to finally inspect vehicles and get the parade back running. It was such a horrific event that happened with that little girl but I also don’t understand how it happened in the first place and why they cancelled the parade the subsequent year.
With that, here’s my summary of the floats from top to bottom (I may skip some of the less interesting ones) 
- Pups of the parade and SO ADORBS!
- Ugly face sweater competition WINNER!
- Rich folks showing off their rich thing (no thanks)
- Poop then Jesus? Ah! The Raleigh OneWheel peeps (my peeps)
- Nimbyhood in the house! (see what I did there?)
- Aliens (StarWars) does really exist!
- We have ponies in prison now?
- Rural Raleigh (MAGA) showed up (I know I’m stereotyping somewhat here)
- The Grinch has a cool ass car, way cooler than those rich folks earlier
- Rando family with a real life reindeer pony!

- well inspected truck with a lion, presumably with some food being chased by a grocery cart
- If Santa shopped local, he wouldn’t need to keep those reindeer in captivity and force them to fly around the world every year
