Yes. Looking from google, I’d say they have about 2000 homes. Also, park west village is about as good as it gets for a typical suburban development. Just wish it had more residential than just apartments.
Ah. I saw the ID renderings when it was announced, but didn’t recall seeing close-ups of the residential portion. Must’ve missed them.
Holy shit, the façade materials are the same from the ground floor to the top, it’s a damn miracle!!!
It’s definitely better than a blown out abandoned building though!
My companies newest development in Wendell Falls opened last week! Wendell folks stop by and see me!
Part of my daily walk. Need to stop by and say hello one day. Only a few days until Publix opens!
Of course! Stop by and I’ll give you the grand tour!
Can’t wait til that Publix opens on the 1st. I’m in Knightdale so that’ll be my new ‘closest Publix’, currently the Peace St. location is the closest for me.
We walked through the outside part the other day, the pool is absolutely awesome! Would definitely love to check out the inside and hopefully one day we can make friends who live here (Wendell Falls pool is waaaay kid heavy)
atl_transplant, we’ll have to meetup one day out at the Farmhouse!
Dec 1st apparently!!
Come by, I’d love to show you around!
You live in WF too?!
Indeed, moved out here from Raleigh this past February
Time for the single-story buildings to grow up! Everything in our cities was once “out of place.”
Nope, this is the future on Capital Blvd., especially if we’re going to leverage the BRT system and build according to the city’s Capital Corridor plan. In fact, this may even be one of the smaller redevelopments.
Where is this one?
20 characters hello
Pretty sure that’s Broadstone Oak City, the apartments that are replacing the abandoned Capital Plaza Hotel.
The Capital North Plan is pretty interesting. I’m still very skeptical on the implementation though.
