Where do you personally draw the line between seeking community consensus and being decisive as a representative of your constituents?

How, specifically, will you work to gain the trust of your constituents and involve them in decision-making? Now that boards and commissions convened by the Office of Community Engagement, is taking off to replace the CAC system, what are your first impressions?
