I think a lot of us on here including myself would love to get a professional team with a stadium downtown. Unfortunately, we lack the essential infrastructure and overall nightlife/amenities to entice a current team or expansion team to target Raleigh as a realistic option imo. If the Hurricanes continue to be very successful over the next few years I could see more teams eyeing Raleigh as a possibility.
