Let’s build that in the middle of the Hayes Barton neighborhood, just for fun.
This building is so beautiful, wow
put it in the middle of the new five points round about. That will slow traffic!!
Definitely saw a red crane base at Park City South. Sorry no picture
Grow little crane, grow! You’re going to be big and tall some day.
Hoping for erectile crane function for Christmas!
So at least three new cranes are imminent! Here, The Village District new apartment building, and 320 South St Apt building. Any more I’m missing?
The rsst of the warehouses on Hammel are torn down, noticed this the other night. No pic b/c it was dark lol
it’s not yet photo worthy, but definitely some vertical construction (concrete) happening at the far north side of the property (closest to the S. Saunders / Lake Wheeler intersection)!
It “appears” that the parking deck for this project would be an awesome observation tower/place/advantage point, in which to view/launch a drone from?

I will see the project go vertically until I see a crane up
Crane going up as we speak. Pieces of what I can only assume is the tower crane were arriving on site when I drove past this morning (got stopped waiting for one of the trucks to deliver a piece hence I was able to capture the moment).
I feel like the residential here, Platform, and at 320 S. st Capital Square is going to be game changing for SouthWest Downtown. What street will become the pocket neighborhood for bars/restaurants in this area?
S Saunders?
South St?
Dupont Circle?
And 200+ units at 601 and 611 W. South. Those plans are in review as we speak. Nothing available to see just yet, but I’ll be watching it really closely!
At this point, it’d be nice to get anything to fill the hole…!?
Indeed, South St! Already has the bones and a lil bit of meat on em, just needs more muscle!!!
Honestly, if that existing little strip that Boulted is in could get filled with other retail/food/drink outlets, you’re pretty much there already. And that’s without filling in the sad Lynde hole.
Someone here posted recently that a space next to Boulted is soon-to-be a new record shop! Which RULES!
