Am I the only one on this forum that finds this image hilarious that the Weld I and II (and eventually III) is missing from this rendering?
Extra work / charact/s
That means free advertising to the competition.
Well⌠there is that
My favorite part of the rendering is the roundabout.
I agree. I feel so calm and zen looking at that roundabout.
Not missing in this one though!
The group of buildings I posted above has an interesting approach: they split amenities between all three. It is unclear whether residents of one get access to the other two or if Iâm just assuming they do based on this page, but that would be a pretty nice solution if a developer owns multiple small lots within reasonable proximity.
I dig how they kinda slipped in the Weld Phase III rendering into this photoâŚ
Isnât that the âLynde Hillâ (phase 3 of this project) mentioned above, not the WeldâŚor do you mean the lil peeky sliverâ W III?
Well, both are in that render, but I was referring to the sliver of Weld phase 3 to the far right!
Also digging that big shadow cast by Weld IIIâŚ
Werd, now letâs hope these (Rockway, Lynde. Weld III) fill up with viable commercial concepts and become an active evolving âdixtrictââŚ
donât give them any ideas
Nice photo
The top of the parking garage looks as if itâs awaiting the next Lego block
Kane loves their oversized parking garages that are taller than the actual building itself. Here at The Line, 7th floor parking onwards still sits with completely empty spaces. Iâm sure this will be no different here.
Iâve said time and time again that I would bet big money that there is no single parking deck in the city that is ever at full capacity. Itâs really, REALLY annoying.
At least his son has more ambitious projects like the Weld.
