The Lynde signage came down this morning about an hour after I had cursed it while nearly being hit by a car in the crosswalk due to the blind corner. The pit is now just a pit with a fence once again.

I never really liked that project, and I’m not really sorry to see it go. IMO, put in more 3 story townhouses, or go taller on that property. I’ve had my fill of five over 1.

I’d love to see more mixed use properties on this corridor . I hope whoever buys/devs increases the build density. Maybe put some small storefronts in

The guy who owns the lot / Duke’s Properties seems to do a lot of media. I suspect this is just him talking about the project that is coming up and the houses they’re going to build.
