Hey, the city is finally looking into a pedestrian safety improvement that I have advocated for:
Raised Crosswalks:
Hopefully we get funding for them and the city approves the streetscape changes.

That’s really good news but I’m concerned that the study area slices right through Glenwood and doesn’t extend to St. Mary’s. There are tons of residents to the immediate west of Glenwood along Boylan and up to St. Mary’s. These crossings will slow traffic on Glenwood but will probably push faster traffic to Boylan and St. Mary’s where a lot of folks live and walk.
