According to Raleigh Magazine they anticipate an August opening for the dual hotel. Just in time for the September festival season if true.

after reading the raleigh magazine this place sounds like a bigger deal than I’ve always assumed.
It truly must be - the attention to detail on the exterior (not the backside tho) and lobby have been impressive for a corporate hotel
The backside will be all but hidden from view in a few years’ time anyway!
This place keeps getting better and better. Can’t wait for my birthday meetup there…
