The Weld - Hammell Dr Developments

Check this out! Sarcasm Definition & Meaning - Merriam-Webster

What is this sarcasm you speak of??

It’s definitely not regulation sized. Wikipedia says it was built in 1942 - probably just a spot for recess and after school activities.

It depends if the developers knows what he wants I would say 40 38 stories to many 20 stories and two many 30

PLEASE USE ALL CAPS SO @Jake CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR TONE.

On second thought, they should keep the original building for the school since it’s historic and just expand it given the amount of kids that will be in that area soon. Plus add a housing component to the expansion with a 20+ story tower or towers.

It was built as a secondary school, not a primary school. That may be why it has a track. If the track isn’t original to the school, then it may be something that parents wanted so that their kids come home exhausted.

Lots of kids even in surprisingly young grades spend their entire recess just walking the track and talking with each other. They are in near constant use for the entire afternoon while school is in session.

Most elementary school tracks are not perfect ovals like this one but basically every school has one.

Also in contrast with many other districts, WCPSS is quite relaxed about the use of their playgrounds and outdoor facilities as parks outside of school hours, especially at elementary schools. That track is probably open to the public when school is not in session.

Really I thought was fully ready

What I am talking about what I am trying to say is the crane is even ready yet crazy boy

Gucci Gucci jeje jeje

My bad professor I got confused in my spelling

Could be where it sits on elevation, but the furthest crane back actually looks taller than the middle one. So even if these buildings end up exactly the same height, it looks possible that it may appear to have some height variation.

Driving up towards I-40. Going to completely change this view in a couple years.

Just incidental here but that track behind Washington Elementary is not accessible from any public roadway except through the school campus. So not exactly a candidate development lot. But it has fantastic greenway access!

Wow, downtown really does look far away from here, like in some of the renderings. Good for them, I am surprised
