Construction to begin Fall 2024 per schedule found here:
Lake Wheeler Road Improvement Project
Currently in right-of-way and easement acquisition.
Not yet, only noted as Phase II so far. Looks like theyâre using that for staging
My guess would be that they try to assemble the lots next to it (Currently those warehouses you see) and build a 5-over-1 like what Kane Sr. is currently building and will then build again across the street (⌠where there was supposed to be a 20-story )
They already own a lot of it. Whatâs left on that block probably wonât make sense to develop, until the roundabouts have been built.
Have any one take pictures of construction
That triangle formed by the Weld, Lake Wheeler Rd., and Saunders has such potential.
I really hope the street plan for Saunders is more of a vehicular road diet with bike/ped improvements like L. Wheeler. That could be a really pleasant area for walking between Dix park, the Weld, Platform, and future development.
Iâm glad to see this all happening BEFORE Downtown South. I didnât want to see the âin betweenâ space be forgotten.
It would be nice to add btw other lots an add it to the traingle make it in to 30 39 stories
That should be the angle (once itâs done) that they use when Raleigh is mentioned in the media⌠Not some shot of Campbell Law and 3 buildings taken in 2012.
R/Raleigh still uses a pic from the 90s
How do I find this video in YouTube whoâs the one uploaded
I donât feel so bad about Downtown South being delayed for years if these babies pop up in the meantime.
The projects you never expect to get off the ground tend to be the ones that get off the ground in Raleigh.
Use the GoogsToob and peep Lee Tilletâs channelâŚ
Okay I will use that
So we can expect to see that 40-story Zimmer tower at Capital/Peace going up any day now, right?
It been 7 seven years sense zimmer got approved
