This has been vacant since summer btw. Turns out right wing churchy wasn’t a successful business model for this neighborhood. Very curious to see what goes in next! It’s a great spot.

Great to see another private development getting started. It continues the growth and opening of new residential buildings as I think only The Alexan and Maeve are under construction and will open in 2025.

Maeve is set to rent starting April 2025 for both retail and apartments.

Interesting bend in that boom arm, never seen one like that

I think the picture was captured right in the middle of that section being installed. I could be wrong, but the crane installing it is holding that piece up with cables and workers are inside it.

Somehow I didn’t even notice the crane installing it - my eyes probably lumped it in with the electricity poles hahaha
