@couggggar Your question was answered by @Deb almost two years ago! Looks like this was the name of a building company that was located on that site at some point in the past.

Kidding, that actually looks really nice, and better than I had imagined. At a time when a lot of breweries are closing down due to oversaturation and inflation, it seems a bit risky, but I’m very happy to support them!
