My guess is car stuck on track at train crossing, Train pushed car down the track for a while until it finally got pushed off. Who knows?
Yessir. The day they took up the chairs for COVID. Also those little windows are from way back when the space was a topless club. The bar was in the other room and the girls danced in the room seen, and the little windows made sure nobody missed anything. The little stage in the front window was for girls to advertise.
