Across Peace street from Smoho, find the alley between the vacant city property and the warehouse at the bottom of the big hill, walk about ~800ft north (just past the “basketball court”). Tunnel entrance is at the bottom of that bluff going into the creek. Found it by following a dirt bike that was using the area as a short cut onto West street.
