The respiratory triage tents that were just put up on the chopper pad this morning in front of WakeMed on New Bern Ave. Preparing for the expected COVID-19 surge.
I saw the WakeMed on the tents and that’s how I figured out after my original post. 
I also used the surroundings, such as that street light in the median, to guess. WRAL always shoots from that area when they are at WakeMed, and I recognized the light.
