Yeah, but the shadows. Think about what the :bird: neighbors think about that monstrosity being erected and all the noise in the neighborhood. I feel bad for them.

Probably paying top dollar given all the surrounding greenspace and the units being modest in size - looking like at least 6" x 5". Hard to find dt these days.
