The issue with hidden parking is that people don’t know it’s there then they complain like @GucciLittlePig that there’s no parking! More exposed parking!!!

Based on the difference between the lower level elevation (347’) and the parapet elevation (583’), this looks like it should have a total height of 236’. Am I reading this right?

Ah yes, looks like they just measured their “height” dimension to the level 20 roof. 236’ from lowest point to tippy top of penthouse

14 stories of housing. The no doubt poorly screened parking deck wall that always comes with these is what sucks, as well as the lack of street activation on all sides (like someone mentioned, no retail on Hillsborough). But again, it’s objectively better than what it’s replacing. Doesn’t mean it’s the best possible outcome, just a better one.

Great addition to this area (replaces the loss of residents due to the Kimpton hotel development cancellation) - with 400H, Pendo and this development, along with 501 Hillsborough starting to get a real mix/diversity of uses in this 3 block section of Hillsborough. Plus, I don’t think you want anything much taller so close to the capitol. This is a huge win IMHO.
