Hard agree. When I lived there, the Line occasionally had a small coffee activation in their lobby, and it got mobbed every time. Those few blocks are wildly underserved.

Still leaves one (of two) retail spaces available, right? Hopefully when Jubala opens, that space won’t sit empty much longer.

Is this Jubala still happening? Was excited for a new place to work downtown, but no visible progress in the retail spaces yet…
Work has started on one of the ground-level retail spots, I’m assuming it’s the Jubala spot.
