Parking Decks should be like clubs…you wish the space was bigger but it feels right with the right capacity. IF parking decks were clubs, they’d always be empty, lame and not many folks would (want to) be there. #MakeParkingLotsCozyForOptimalVibe
Can’t wait for this thing to be done so that the bike lanes get restored on West and Harrington!
Also just excited for a new addition to the skyline.

Looks pretty clear from the Hillsborough/south side that the next/rest of the building footprint is starting. You can kind of tell from the Harrington/east side as well (no pic).

Excellent picture! Confirms they are working on the 9th story, and you’ve captured the new footprint for the upper levels starting.

It’s wild to me that this is only (barely) halfway done. Seems like it will appear much taller than other 20-story buildings around it - probably a lot to do with the smaller footprint and lack of dumbass parking pedestal!
