Williams Realty asking for 20story zoning on NW corner of Boylan Ave. and 706 Hillsborough St. No info on what or when anything will be built,

The NE corner is the former gas station that was in process for becoming a restaurant, but seems to have stalled. This 706 address seems to be the NW corner tho, which would be something else. Currently looks like an old, short office building with surface parking.

I knew this sounded familiar!! Lol
Recently walked by that property. They unfortunately had a for sale sign on the lot 
. Could of been such a cool restaurant concept with that space, oh well.
Woulda shoulda coulda - with all the “high” rise development surrounding it now, including this soon-to-be-rezoned lot (you know it will pass), I’d rather that gas station build UP too.
