Reading through the info here about Bloomsbury Park and the trolley line there I was looking to find the places on Google street view. To my surprise I saw that the house which had the old trolley platform in the front has been razed as well as the trees that were on the platform. If you look closely you can se that the workers right there seem to “harvest” the old bricks and there is also a pallet with old bricks stacked on it close to the truck. Old bricks like these are worth a penny like old barn wood so I don’t think this is a mission to preserve history. I think all of these remnants will soon be gone. Does anyone have more info on this?
