If the parking deck construction falls through, maybe we can turn that ditch into Raleigh Beach. It would be a hit!

Drove by a few hours ago too. Didn’t grab any pictures, but they’ve started rebar and concrete work in other parts of the garage site as well. Looks like the project has officially gotten underway, even though I don’t think there was ever a formal groundbreaking

Didn’t get a picture because I was driving but they have begun work on the turn lane for the new mcdowell onramp. I have been waiting as patiently as possible for this but I am getting quite tired of driving through boylan so often
