I really enjoyed the video clip with the audio portion turned on…lots of wonderful crunching &, shattering noises! It’s the little boy in me. LOL

I guess this project will keep us occupied until some movement is made in the public sector, Is the RUSBUS still a pit? At least that 6 story apartment on West Street is going vertical now.

This is a mess, but my visual aid for how drastically different this area of downtown may appear in the next 5ish years: Blue is the new City Hall tower in the foreground, and the two red buildings are hypothetical development (the 20-story 200 W Morgan St tower that has been approved and announced, and the potentially up-to-40-story tower on the other half of the Pendo lot that was recently rezoned).
