No…not me…
Commentary on Kane-led developments certainly not likely to decrease on the community in 2021…
No. In fact, I hate that name.
ANYTHING is better than “DoSo”
DTS, or just Downtown South.
Please let’s not try and copy Denver or Nashville with their overly cute and annoying
“LoDo” “SoBro” and of course NYC’s SoHo.
Please make it stop!
Let’s call it the Urple District. Or Eleventyville.
I can come up with some other non-words probably…
HoBo? and twenty characters
Maybe I’ll feel different when I’m older, but I love the lawn at walnut creek. I’m always riding the chain in the middle! Seen too many shows to count. Of course beers are expensive like any other arena/pavilion.
With the sentimental value factored in, I’d still rather have DTS with giant concerts mixed in when soccer is not happening.
I definitely want to see renderings and some shovels moving .
Yeah, age is a factor, but I discovered the seats in my early 30s… so what’s my excuse?

Glad for the 7-1 vote. There really was no valid reason to not press ahead. This is a monumental development proposal.

Dwight - I think Vic posted the link here…
FYI - looks like they just showed up, voted the same way again 7-1 to satisfy the ‘2 vote’ rule on this thing
Onward it goes…
Sorry about that. I was busy with work today. Here’s the recording, I haven’t watched yet so let me know what happened.
9 minutes of the 12:44 minute recording was “hold” music, vote at 12 minutes flat
That’s OK Leo . Talked to a Raleigh official today . Very excited about DTSouth .
@dtraleigh I promise you this statement is relatable:
Who’s lived in North Hills for 10 or more years? If so how many neighborhoods with mansions or fancy houses have been built since the first skyscraper?
