Honestly I know they say conditions are favorable but I really do not see any way they start this until we have some sort of clarity on the economic outlook. I think that Raleigh will fair better in a recession than most of the country but I really wouldent expect to see 100 million dollar project start with no tenants signed. I hope I’m wrong though!
