Their N&O project site is named Nexus… here is another tower named Nexus (40 story condos in Seattle). Would be a perfect site for Phase 3 of “Nexus” Raleigh development!
If all of the state-owned properties surrounding the legislative complex and library were built out to their full height, it might looks like this. But, with windows and stuff. And probably a bunch of parking decks in the middle of them.
